Stationed in the heart of wheeling , Utah,Trail Ridge Off-Road has the perfect playground to develop innovative products that make your rig better and easier to build. The founder Seth and his 4runner is where it all started.
" In starting the build of my 4runner I found that my budget and lack of parts for my rig made things difficult. With my wife and I both going to school money was tight and I found that the parts available were not what i wanted or too expensive. So i started making my own parts and in the end the only parts I bought were: my front shock towers, some bushings and a hand full of bolts! Trail Ridge Off-road Rock Sliders
Rock sliders are the first defense your rig needs, they protect your body and allow you to slide over tall rocks and other obstacles that you would normally get hung up on. We make our sliders out of 1 3/4 .120 wall HREW tube and after two years of abuse on our first set they are still going strong.We make them in two different styles seen in the pictures to the right. If you want we can build the sliders out of DOM but it is $30 extra. Any length up to 78 inches can be built please note the length you want in the provided box. Any slider over 78 inchs is $6 more every foot over 78 inchs

InchWormgear Toyota autotrans to Geardriven case
The stock transfercase that came behinde the turbo and V6 trucks and 4runners is chain driven and can not be geared down. This adapter allows you to adapt your Auto transmission to a Gear driven transfer case, allowing you to run 4.7 to 1 gears!

Tacoma AutoTrans to GearDrivenCase Adapter
The Inchworm Tacoma Transmission Adapter allows a gear driven transfer case to be bolted up to a Tacoma, 4runner, FJ Cruiser, or Tundra transmission. Not only can this adapter be used for double cases, it can also be used to fit earlier (pre-'95) pickups and 4Runners with Tacoma engine/tranny combos, or even to fit a Toyota gear driven transfer case into a Tacoma for a passenger side drop front driveshaft. The Tacoma Transmission Adapter is clockable and can be assembled to yield rotations of -10, (which is +10 for passenger side drop applications), 0, 5, or 15 degrees.

Toyota High Steer kit
Toyota solid front axles from the factory have a J-arm push and pull style steering that dosent work when you lift your rig or are doing a solid axle swap on a later than 85' toyota truck or 4runner. The answer is high steer. By using high steer you put your tie rod above the axle tube and leaf springs if you have them and your drag link can now be used with a IFS style steering box and is at a much better angle. We carry both Trail-Gear high steer and marlin crawler high steer. Each kit includes: the tierod, drag link, tierodends, pitman arm, and high steer arms.

Nitro gear 30 spline Chromoly birfield axle shaft
If your running bigger tires and a toyota front axle your going to want these axle shafts. The toyota axle shafts in stock form have a weak link where the axle shafts meet the birfields the shaft necks down to 27 splines and is where they fail the most. Nitro gear and axle make these shafts out of stronger 4340 chromoly steel and the 27 spline is upgraded to 30 spline. We can get these for the FJ40, FJ60, Fj80,Toyota mini trucks and 4runners. FJ80 shafts are a extra $150

Suspension specials:
Right now were doing 2 inch lifts for '89-98 Geo/Chevrolet Tracker | Suzuki Sidekick and X90's for $350! That includes the lift front and rear, 2 new rear shocks and install. Call and set up an appoinment now to have your rig stop dragging on the ground and be able to fit up to 30 inch tires!
For all leaf sprung Toyota trucks and 4runners get new leafs front and rear installed for $530 if you supply the parts. If we supply parts $1500! That includes: install of new hangers front and rear, new leaf spring packs front and rear, new bushings, new shackles, and bolts. U-Bolt flip kits are a extra $52 and shock mounts an extra 15 dollars per axle. Your choice of 3,4,or 5 inch lift springs.
Axle builds
Need an axle built to handle those big tires and heavy right foot? We can get it done for you. From gusseting to mounting shocks and links, coil buckets and leaf spring perchs, we have you covered. Need just a rebuild? Give us a call we can get your knuckles and seals like new and stop those pesky inner axle seal leaks. For the best in custom axle housings, click the logo above.
bumpers and sliders 
Bumpers
We can make bumpers of all shapes and sizes. We can add corner protection, a winch, tube or plate, big or small we can make them all!
Once again $70 an hour plus materials. The base price for rear bumpers is $400 and front is $550 but each bumper and vehicle is different. Call for pricing.
Sliders
Sliders are one of the first things most people add to their rigs. Simple yet effective sliders will save your doors and rocker panels. Not to mention they let you slide over obstacles that normally would get you hung up!
We can make sliders in any way you like. From square tube sliders to classic round tube. Have us put as many cross pieces as you want from any kind of tube, strap or laser cut designs.
Sliders= $150 for basic slider 60 inches long and under with kick out. $50 for installation and paint. Bolt on sliders cost an extra $50 for the bolts, nuts , and labor
roll cages 
Roll cages are not just for hard core rigs that don't resemble a vehicle anymore. Every vehicle can have a roll cage. It adds to the rigidy of the frame and makes sure you and your passengers are safe
So whether you are in a full body rig or a buggy, we can make you a roll cage. We can also add to existing tube work to strengthen the structure.
We charge $70 a hour plus materials. We do our best to work fast and effecient so your money is well spent.
The vehicle does have to be at the shop to make the roll cage due to the complexity of most vehicles.
We do however specialize in Toyotas and have several different Toyota vehicles that we can use for mach-up so what ever your need don't hesitate to call and ask.

Everyone has slightly different needs and wants, just as every rig is a little different than the next. Here at Trail Ridge Off-Road we do our best to let you have it your way.
This means no matter what you want or how you want it, we can help. From simple steps to help you get into your rig to complicated 4 link suspension set ups .
Custom fabrication is $70 an hour plus materials. It's as simple as that. Give us a call and see if we can't get your rig built exactly the way you want.
We also can do any other metal fab, from pull up bars , custom brackets for non- off-roading applications, to home products for any use .
